The company that we have established in year 1985 under the name Guvensoy Building Trade and İncorporated Comp. has been undertaking large infrastructure underwritings regarding mainly dams, watering ponds, road and environmental planning, sidewalk parks, drinking water, floodwall and canalization. Our company has finished the infrastructure works on time and with great success thus becoming a ''brand'' on this area.

Regarding our International undertakings we are mainly operating in Libya. Our company is renewing the machinery, tools and materials each day, has a deep seated workforce framework and is getting a lot of attention from the sector with its organizational structure.

Our company is also dealing with the tourism and mining industry at the same time.

On the tourism sector we have restored a historical Russian building in Kars and transformed it into a boutique hotel. The restored building has taken the name Kar's Hotel, and opened in year 2005.

The Kar's Hotel, has been choosen as one of the the ten best boutique hotels of Turkey according to a research carried out by Hurriyet Newspaper.

On the Shopping Centre sector, our company is continuing to construct the 13 storey Shopping Centre with a 30.000 square metre indoor space at Kızılay Square,which is the most important square and the symbol of the capital. Our company is adding speed to building ''trust'' in its quarter –century long history.
